Over the summer CTD Housebuilders had the pleasure of working with a leading Yorkshire house builder on 14 new homes in the village of High Green, north of Sheffield city centre. This included supplying tiles for the development’s three-storey semi-detached show home. We’re delighted that the ten detached and four semi-detached properties were all snapped up within four months of the show home opening, and the tiles on display were well-received by visitors.
The developer worked with a local interior designer who developed an on-trend industrial look for the show home which took inspiration from Sheffield’s heritage. The contemporary styling incorporated rustic elements including wood, metal and concrete with a bold colour palette of orange, grey, steel and black.
For the family bathroom, the Graphite and Concept Graphite décor tiles of the
Kingston collection were selected to add elegance and sophistication to the interior. Combined with the white furnishings this creates a striking monochromatic look with tangible texture and fine detailing.
In the master bedroom’s en-suite, the Grey and Concept Grey décor tiles of the
Nature collection were installed, adding cool tones and achieving a sleek style. The tiles in the en-suite were particularly popular with show home visitors.
For the third-floor bathroom, the
Polesden White tile was used for the walls and the
Knole White tile for the floor. The light shades of these tiles, combined with the white furnishings and skylight, help achieve a bright and pleasant atmosphere.
The CTD Housebuilders team are very proud to have collaborated on this stunning development and look forward to future projects with the house builder.
