Store Operations

If you’re passionate and enthusiastic, with the communication skills to deliver great customer service, then a role at one of our stores may just be what you’re looking for. No prior tile or DIY knowledge required - we’ll provide you with all the training you need to become a specialist.

Area Operations Manager

Work closely with branch teams to engage, support and inspire them to exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with H&S standards. With a focus on maintaining high branch standards and establishing effective sales action plans, this role aims to increase profits and customer engagement. Foster strong relationships with other business sectors and suppliers, in order to capture sales opportunities and ensure the branch product offer aligns with company expectations.

Branch Manager

Help to achieve the branch business plan, develop sales and maximise profitability by building successful relationships with the designated customer base in the showrooms. Develop, motivate and manage the branch team to support the company strategy. If you are able to demonstrate a strong sales focus and have organisational skills, then this is the perfect role for you!

Assistant Branch Manager

Support your Branch Manager and mentor your Branch Assistants using your experience and skills in business and people management, sales, administration/retail processes, and stock control, to produce a vibrant and profitable retail environment.

Headquaters

At our Birmingham HQ, roles are varied and include Finance, IT, HR, Transport, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing and Admin. We also have many customer-facing field sales roles all over the UK within our four business sectors: House Builder, Architectural, Retail Distribution and Porcelain Paving. So if driving sales and being out on the road delivering excellent customer service are your strengths, we may have just the opportunity for you.

This role involves managing existing relationships with both national and regional house builders and acquiring new regional contracts. A typical week may consist of ensuring existing accounts have everything they need to enable their house buyers to choose the right tiles for their home, offering product and installation guidance, visiting development sites and arranging contract tenders.

Warehouse and distribution

CTD Tiles operates from four UK hubs based in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester and Birmingham. We have a range of roles within the warehouse at these locations and also at some of our larger, satellite stores.
