CTD Housebuilders are proud to have partnered with a major developer on a stunning development of 16 detached houses in North Yorkshire. The luxurious five-bedroom properties offer an open-plan layout suitable for modern family living, and the developer required a tile selection to suit the superior style of the development.
The CTD specification team supplied a selection of the finest tiles from the GEMINI collection and beyond, which were used to striking effect in the development’s impressive show home.
For the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area,
Traffic White 600x600mm porcelain floor tiles were used throughout to establish a bright, flowing interior suitable for family life. To highlight the dining area, marble-effect
Classic White 600x600mm porcelain floor tiles create a zoned floor feature which was further outlined by contemporary LED lighting.
The elegant Marmochic Deep Pearl wall and floor tiles formed the basis of the subtle colour scheme of the bathroom. The stone-effect tiles feature authentic-look veining which adds a classic and sumptuous finish to the monochromatic interior.
The master bedroom en suite continues to take inspiration from natural textures with
Classic White wall and floor tiles. The shower enclosure takes this one step further with split face-effect
Tiffany Dark wall tiles which add a dramatic 3D feature to the room.
Marmochic Essential White wall and floor tiles were chosen for the property’s second en suite. The lighter tone ensured the smaller space remained bright and spacious while also continuing the stone-effect look used throughout the house.
